Terms of Service one Assist Support Center
“one Assist” is a digital, AI-powered information service (hereinafter “one Assist” or “service”) that is provided by Viseca Payment Services SA (hereinafter “Viseca”) in connection with Viseca’s digital platforms (e.g. “one” web, “one” app). These terms and conditions of use govern the rights and obligations between Viseca and the users (hereinafter “Users”) in connection with the use of the service.
1. Range of functionalities
“one Assist” is an automated service based on artificial intelligence (AI) that collects information regarding products and services of Viseca. The service processes User requests in real-time and generates corresponding text responses based on predefined databases. The information is generic in nature and does not constitute a legally binding answer or advice.
2. Right of use and cooperation obligations of Users
The service is available to Users who wish to obtain information about Viseca products and services or who have already entered into a contractual relationship with Viseca. Use is voluntary and free of charge. By using the service, Users are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of use. Users are solely responsible for any information they provide to Viseca in the context of the use of the service. In particular, they are obliged not to disclose any sensitive data. The use of the service for illegal purposes is prohibited.
3. Availability
Viseca may, for good cause and at any time, suspend, restrict or discontinue to the use of “one Assist” in whole or in part, without prior notice, or replace it with another service.
4. Ownership rights and intellectual property rights
All rights (in particular copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights) to content, data, structures, texts, logos, processes, software components and other components of the service are held exclusively by Viseca or authorised third parties.
Users do not acquire ownership or rights to use the content or technologies of the service. Any use beyond the intended use is prohibited.
5. Risks and losses
Use of the service is at the Users’ own risk. Liability of Viseca and any third parties deployed by it are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Thus, in particular, liability for direct and indirect losses, consequential losses and lost profits in connection with the use of the service is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Viseca does not warrant that the information provided by the service is accurate, complete, up-to-date or suitable. In addition, Viseca excludes any liability for tangible and intangible losses which may arise from the access or use of the service.
6. Data protection
In the course of the use of the service, no personal data is analysed or stored. Data of Users will not be used as training data for the initial development or further development of the AI-model. As “one Assist” is an automated system, Viseca monitors the performance of the system by checking the answers in order to continuously improve the quality and reliability. The data protection provisions set out in the Viseca privacy statement, as amended from time to time, apply.
Viseca reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of use at any time. The current version is available on the website. By continuing to use the service, Users agree to the amendments.
These terms and conditions of use are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is
Zurich provided there is no mandatory statutory place of jurisdiction.
