How do I download the one App and sign in?
- Download: Open the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and download the one App again.
- Sign in: Sign in using your existing one Login.
- If you do not yet have a one Login, you will need to register first. To do so, you will need your personal registration code. If you do not have a code yet, you can request one at one-digitalservice.ch/code.
Notes:
- The app is only available for smartphones with iOS (version 16.0 or later) or Android (version 8.0.x or later).
- Tablets are not supported.
