What are the technical requirements for installing the one App?

The following requirements apply for installing the one App:

Operating system:

• iOS: Version 15.0 or higher
• Android: Version 6.0.x or higher

Device:

• Only for iOS and Android smartphones; tablets are not supported.

Additional information:

• Date and time must be set correctly.
• The app cannot be used on multiple devices at the same time.

Optional: Biometric features such as fingerprint or Face ID are supported if available on your device.
