How can I block my card immediately?
- In the one App, you can temporarily block and unblock your card under "Card". To do so, click on "Block". To permanently block your card and request a replacement card, select "Replace". If your card was issued by another bank (e.g. ZKB), you may also be able to block it via that bank’s eBanking.
- In case of loss or theft: Call the 24h blocking hotline immediately:
- For regular cards: +41 58 958 83 83
- For prepaid cards: +41 900 773 729 (CHF 1.-/call)
- Important: Blocking is irreversible.
- Replacement card: You can order a new card directly via the one App, the blocking hotline, or customer service.
