If your card is damaged, you can request a replacement card as follows:

  • Via the one App: Log in and order a replacement card under "Card" and "Replace".
  • By phone through Customer Service: Call Viseca Customer Service at +41 58 958 84 00.

Fees

  • Ordering a Viseca Basic replacement card costs CHF 20.

Delivery time

  • Within Switzerland: Delivery within 2 business days.
  • Abroad: Delivery within 3–6 business days. In this case, please call our Customer Service at +41 58 958 84 00 and provide a valid address and telephone number.
