How do I request a replacement card after a loss?

With the one App:

  • Block card immediately: Block your card right away in the one App!
  • Order a replacement card directly in the one App.

Don’t have the one App?

  • Block card immediately: Report the loss right away to the 24h card blocking hotline: Phone +41 58 958 83 83 (for prepaid cards: +41 900 773 729, CHF 1.-/call).
  • Request a replacement card: Contact Viseca Customer Service at +41 58 958 84 00 or – in case of theft/loss – directly via the card blocking hotline.

Costs: Depending on your card product, the replacement card is free of charge or costs up to CHF 20.-.

Delivery time: In Switzerland, you will usually receive your replacement card within 2 business days; abroad, within 3–6 business days (please provide address and phone number for courier delivery).

Important: Once a card is blocked, this cannot be reversed.
