To increase the limit of your credit card, please follow these steps:

• Check whether your card was issued by your bank or directly by Viseca (you can identify this by the bank logo).

Contact:

• Your bank, if the card was issued by the bank.
• Viseca Customer Service by phone at +41 58 958 84 00 for all other cards.

Differences between temporary and permanent increases

• Temporary: Applies for a limited period, for example for larger expenses.
• Permanent: Increases the limit permanently.
