What can I do if I have forgotten my PIN code?
- Check in the one App: You can view your PIN code under "Card" and "PIN".
- Order by phone: Contact customer service at +41 58 958 84 00.
Tip: If needed, you can change your PIN code at any ATM in Switzerland (except Postomats). Keep your PIN code confidential and do not write it down anywhere.
