How can I identify phishing emails?

Phishing emails are fraudulent messages designed to steal personal information. You can identify these emails by the following characteristics:

• Requests to enter or confirm card details
• Usually contain a link to a fake website
• The email and website appear deceptively genuine, often with minor differences in the web address
• Sent randomly to many recipients

Tip:

• Always check the web address (URL) carefully
• Do not click on links in suspicious emails
• Never disclose sensitive information
