If you have shared sensitive information such as your card number or login credentials, please follow these steps:

• Immediately contact the Viseca blocking center at +41 58 958 83 83 and have your card blocked.
• If you have disclosed your one login credentials, inform the blocking center and block your one account.
• Check your statements and report any unauthorized transactions in writing within 30 days.
• Forward suspicious emails to internetsecurity@viseca.ch and move them to your spam folder.
