You can reclaim unauthorized card surcharges as follows:

Requirements:

• The surcharge is explicitly indicated for card payments and does not apply to other payment methods.
• The transaction was carried out in Switzerland.
• The complaint is submitted in writing within 30 days along with supporting documents.
  

Procedure:

• Complete the online complaint form.
• Attach a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
• Send all documents, signed, to Viseca Card Services SA.
  

Exclusions: Fees for shipping, additional services, or foreign currency transactions cannot be reclaimed.
