What can I do if I don't have a registration code?

If you have not received your personal registration code, please proceed as follows:

• Request online: Visit one-digitalservice.ch/code to request the code again.
• By mail: Alternatively, the code will also be sent to you by mail.
• E-Banking: In certain cases, you can request the code via your e-banking.

To register, you will also need your full card number and a suitable device (PC/tablet with mobile phone or smartphone).
