What should I do if I have forgotten my email address or username?

• Forgot your email address? Please contact customer service at +41 58 958 84 00 to recover your email address.
• Username: Your username is the same as your email address. If you change your email address, your username will also change.

Tip: You can update your email address directly in your one user account or in the one App.

• In the one app, you can find the user account in the top right corner of the dashboard.
• In the one web portal, the user account can be found in the menu under “User Account.”
