What information do I need to report a lost card?
To report a lost card, please follow these steps:
- Have your card details ready: Please have your card number and the cardholder's name available.
- Block your card immediately: Call the 24-hour blocking hotline: +41 58 958 83 83 (Prepaid cards: +41 900 773 729, CHF 1.-/call).
- Request a replacement card: If necessary, you can order a replacement card via the blocking hotline or customer service.
Alternatively, you can block your card and request a replacement card yourself in the one App.
