How does the Best Price Guarantee work with the Viseca Gold Credit Card?

Did you find your newly purchased television at a lower price from another Swiss retailer within 14 days? If the price difference is at least CHF 30.–, you will be reimbursed for the difference.

• Movable items intended for private use are insured.
• Maximum insured amount per event: CHF 2'000.-

The following conditions must be met for insurance coverage to apply:

• At least 60% of the insured item was paid for with a Viseca credit card.

• The insured item is intended for private use.

• Both the purchased item and the lower-priced comparable offer must come from a retailer based in Switzerland (e.g. physical store, mail order, online provider).

• The identical, lower-priced, and available comparable offer must be verifiably found within 14 days of purchase.

• The price difference must be at least CHF 30.–.
