What unforeseen events are covered by the Viseca Platinum Credit Card ticket insurance?
The Viseca Platinum Credit Card ticket insurance protects you in the event of the following unforeseen circumstances:
- Illness: If you become ill and are unable to attend the event, the paid ticket price will be refunded.
- Accident: If an accident prevents you from attending, the ticket price will also be reimbursed.
The following conditions must be met for insurance coverage to apply:
- At least 60% of the insured ticket must have been paid with a Viseca credit card and purchased for private use.
- Attendance at the event is not possible due to a covered incident.
Maximum insurance amount per incident: CHF 2'000.-
