The medical travel assistance provided by the Flying Blue World Mastercard® offers comprehensive protection in the event of medical emergencies abroad:

  • 24/7 assistance in medical emergencies
  • Coverage of return travel or medical repatriation costs (up to CHF 250,000 for cardholders residing in Switzerland)
  • Coverage of medical treatment expenses (up to CHF 250,000 for cardholders residing in Switzerland)
  • Organization of transfer to an appropriate hospital
  • No deductible; benefits are provided on a secondary basis to existing social security and supplementary insurance coverage
  • The following persons are insured: the cardholder (primary, secondary, additional, and partner cardholders), their spouse or life partner, and dependent children up to the age of 25, provided they live in the same household or are resident in Switzerland.
  • The insurance is valid for private trips abroad with a maximum duration of 90 days.
