As a Viseca Platinum Credit Card holder, you benefit from the following services abroad in the event of a breakdown or accident involving your private vehicle:

• Roadside assistance on site: Fast support directly at the location of the breakdown or accident.
• Cost contribution: Coverage of part of the costs for vehicle recovery, accommodation, or return travel.
• The assistance service applies to private vehicles, including cars, motorhomes/campers with a maximum weight of 3,500 kg, and motorcycles.
• The insured persons are the cardholder (primary, additional, and partner cardholders), their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to the age of 25, provided they live in the same household or are resident in Switzerland.
• Assistance is only available for private vehicles.
