How do I block my Viseca card if I suspect misuse?

  • Block your card in the one App.
  • Call the Viseca 24h blocking hotline immediately: +41 58 958 83 83 (credit/debit card), PrePaid: +41 900 773 729 (CHF 1.–/call).
  • If you have provided sensitive data (e.g. card number) in a phishing attempt, inform the blocking hotline.
  • Check your statements and report any fraudulent transactions to Viseca in writing within 30 days.
