What should I do if I receive a phishing email?

If you receive a phishing email, please proceed as follows:

  • Immediately forward the email without comment to internetsecurity@viseca.ch.
  • Then move the email to your spam folder.
  • Do not click on any links in the email and do not disclose any sensitive information.
  • If you have already entered any data, contact the blocking center immediately at +41 58 958 83 83.

Tip: Viseca never asks for personal information or card details by email.
