How are rewards delivered?
- Material rewards and physical vouchers will be sent to you by post to your registered billing address. This will take place within two weeks from the order date.
- If needed, you can provide an alternative delivery address before completing your order. Please note that shipping is only possible to an address in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
- Digital voucher codes for online shops will be sent to you by email. The email address used will be the one you registered with for one.
