How do I redeem the annual fee as a reward?
On one-digitalservice.ch, cardholders of participating banks can use surprize points to pay the annual fee due or receive a refund for an annual fee already paid: holders of a Silver credit card can redeem for half the annual fee, while holders of a Gold credit card can redeem for either half or the full annual fee.
You can redeem the reward for a credit of half or the full annual fee for the next fee period at any time. In addition, it is possible to redeem the reward retroactively within two months (as of the end of each month) after the fee has already been charged.
