Why can't I see the "Paketprämien Banken" reward category?
The rewards are only visible if the following criteria are met:
- You are a surprize participant and hold an active package solution from a participating bank
- You have not yet reached the redemption limit for rewards for the current calendar year
- You have selected the eligible card from your package solution in your surprize account (for holders of multiple cards under one account)
