Where can I check my individual cash withdrawal limit for credit and debit cards?
- Credit card: You can find your cash withdrawal limit in the one App, on your statement/invoice, or you can request this information from the Viseca Customer Service at +41 58 958 84 00. The limit is up to 40% of the card limit per billing period.
- Debit card: The limit is set by your bank. Please contact your bank directly to obtain this information.
