To request a refund, please submit the following documents:
- Written complaint within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Completed and signed dispute form (available online).
- Copy of the invoice/statement or booking/order confirmation.
- Relevant supporting documents such as emails, letters, or receipts.
- For returned goods, if applicable, an expert opinion from a certified specialist authority.
