How can I ensure that I am using the correct QR payment data?

  • Use your personal QR data: Only use the QR-IBAN and QR reference number from your personal QR invoice. If you do not have these, you can generate them using the Viseca QR Generator.
  • Check for up-to-date information: Since October 1, 2022, only QR data from the new QR invoice is accepted. Outdated data will result in the payment being rejected.
  • Use secure channels: Only create QR payment sections through official channels such as the QR Generator or your one Web account.
