What should I do if my card remains blocked after making a deposit?
- Check your payment details: Make sure you have used the correct QR-IBAN and QR reference numbers from your personal QR invoice. Since October 1, 2022, only these are accepted.
- Wait 2 business days: After a correct payment, your card is usually reactivated within 2 business days.
- Contact customer service: If your card remains blocked after 2 business days, please contact Viseca customer service.
