Where can I find my credit card statements from the past 24 months, and how can I request older ones?
Statements from the past 24 months:
- These are available as PDFs in the one App and in the one Digital Service. Log in to download them.
- Older statements: Please use the contact form to request copies. These will be sent to you by post.
Tip: Keep all receipts as proof in case of discrepancies.
