Which payment methods are accepted for deposits to my card account?
The following options are available for deposits to your card account:
- QR invoice: Transfer the amount using the personal details from your QR invoice. If you do not have a QR payment slip, use the QR generator. Only current QR-IBAN and QR reference numbers are accepted (since 1 October 2022). The credit will be posted within 2 business days.
- Direct debit (LSV): Request the form from customer service or your partner bank.
- Instalment payment: Pay at least 5% of the invoice amount (min. CHF/EUR/USD 100.-) via QR invoice.
Other payment methods such as old IBANs or the old orange and red payment slips are not accepted.
