• Request LSV form: Contact Viseca Customer Service at +41 58 958 84 00.
• Cards from partner banks: Please contact your bank directly.
• Submit the form: Once submitted, the LSV will be set up and your credit card bill will be debited automatically.

The debit account cannot be changed for partner bank cards.
